The OnePlus 9 features a little faster processor than HTC 10, because it has more RAM and a larger number of cores. The HTC 10 features a slightly better screen than OnePlus 9, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel number per inch in the screen and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution.
HTC 10 counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 9, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. OnePlus 9 features a way better camera than HTC 10, and although they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the OnePlus 9 also has a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a much better video resolution.
OnePlus 9 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than HTC 10, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 9 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC 10. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the HTC 10, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
