Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is slightly better than the HTC 10, having a 79.3 score against 75.7. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the HTC 10 were released with only 9 months difference, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 body is somewhat thinner but a bit heavier. The Galaxy Note 5 counts with a bit more vivid screen than HTC 10, because although it has a just a bit lower display density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a bit larger display.

HTC 10 features a little better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the HTC 10 also has a greater number of cores. HTC 10 features a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The HTC 10 captures a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a lot less MP resolution back camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light images and video and a bigger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs.

The Galaxy Note 5 has a battery life that is just as good as the battery life in HTC 10.

Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it is more expensive than the HTC 10, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC 10. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 5, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the HTC 10, letting go some specifications.
