Sony Xperia 1 V has an overall score of 82.7, which is slightly better than the HTC 10's general score of 75.7. Sony Xperia 1 V's design is noticeably newer and a little thinner than HTC 10's, although it is heavier. HTC 10 features a much faster processor than Xperia 1 V, although it has a lower number of cores and less RAM memory.

HTC 10 counts with a bit sharper screen than Sony Xperia 1 V, although it has a little inferior pixels quantity per inch in the screen, a lot smaller display and a way lower 1440 x 2560 resolution. Sony Xperia 1 V has a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than HTC 10, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.
