Comparison review
The Xperia Z5 is a bit better than HTC 10, getting a 77.6 score against 75.7. Although the Xperia Z5 and HTC 10 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Xperia Z5 is thinner and a little bit lighter. The Sony Xperia Z5 has a little more vivid display than HTC 10, although it has a little bit less pixels per display inch and a way lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, they both have a screen of the same size.
The HTC 10 features a very superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z5, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the HTC 10 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xperia Z5 features a bit more powerful CPU than HTC 10, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor and more cpu cores (although slower).
The HTC 10 has just a bit longer battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has a 3000mAh battery size. The Xperia Z5 has a bit better camera than HTC 10, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have a 0.43 inches camera sensor, the same video resolution and a same size camera aperture, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a way better resolution camera in the back.
Although Xperia Z5 is a better device, it costs more money than the HTC 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC 10. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy HTC 10, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
