The Galaxy Note 3 is slightly better than HTC Bolt, with an 81.2 score against 75. The Galaxy Note 3 body is just a little lighter than HTC Bolt, but it's a bit thicker and was released many years before. The HTC Bolt takes clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the HTC Bolt also has a bigger camera aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments and a more MP back facing camera.
The Galaxy Note 3 has a battery duration that is just as good as the HTC Bolt one.
