Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is much better than the HTC Desire 10 pro's score of 74.3. The Huawei P40 construction is much newer, but a bit thicker and a little bit heavier than the HTC Desire 10 pro. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 has the older 10 version while HTC Desire 10 pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Huawei P40 counts with a slightly better looking display than HTC Desire 10 pro, because it has a little more pixels per inch in the display, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little larger display. Huawei P40 has a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC Desire 10 pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 also has more RAM.
The HTC Desire 10 pro counts with much more memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. Huawei P40 takes much clearer photographs and videos than HTC Desire 10 pro, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and videos, a much higher resolution camera in the back and a way larger sensor.
The Huawei P40 counts with better battery life than HTC Desire 10 pro, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
