Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro has a global score of 78.4, which is slightly better than HTC Desire 10 pro's 74.3 global score. Even though Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro and HTC Desire 10 pro were released only a couple months apart, the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro construction is a little bit heavier but just a little thinner than HTC Desire 10 pro. Both of these devices come with the same Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
The Galaxy C7 Pro has just a bit better processing power than HTC Desire 10 pro. Both have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM. The HTC Desire 10 pro and the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro count with quite similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro has a little less pixels per inch of display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a little larger screen.

The Galaxy C7 Pro features just a bit better battery duration than HTC Desire 10 pro, because it has a 10% more battery size.
