The Galaxy Note5 is slightly better than HTC Desire 10 pro, getting an 80.2 score against 74.3. The Galaxy Note5 construction is just a bit thinner than the HTC Desire 10 pro, but it is a little heavier and was released around 14 months before. Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a little faster processor than HTC Desire 10 pro. Both have a Octa-Core processor and 4 GB of RAM memory.

The Galaxy Note5 features a little bit better screen than HTC Desire 10 pro, because it has a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution, a quite bigger screen and a better display pixel density. HTC Desire 10 pro features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the HTC Desire 10 pro also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery lifetime in HTC Desire 10 pro. Galaxy Note5 shoots much better videos and photos than HTC Desire 10 pro, because although it has a lower resolution back-facing camera and a tinier sensor capturing lower quality pictures and videos, it also counts with a larger aperture.
