The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is better than HTC Desire 10 pro's 74.3 global score. Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is newer than the HTC Desire 10 pro, it's just a bit thicker and heavier. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and HTC Desire 10 pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, giving you some additional features and a performance increase.

The Galaxy Note8 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than HTC Desire 10 pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
