Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than the HTC Desire 10 pro, having a score of 98.1 against 74.3. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a much newer device than the HTC Desire 10 pro, although it is extremely heavier and somewhat thicker. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has the previous 11 version and HTC Desire 10 pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
