Comparison review
Galaxy S5 has a general score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than HTC Desire 10 pro's 74.3 global score. These phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 has the older 4.4.2 version and HTC Desire 10 pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Despite of the fact Galaxy S5 is a lot older and a little bit thicker than the HTC Desire 10 pro, it's body is still somewhat lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S5 features a little faster processing unit than HTC Desire 10 pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with a much sharper display than HTC Desire 10 pro, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with a better count of pixels per inch in the display.
HTC Desire 10 pro has a very superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy S5, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 32 GB more internal storage capacity. HTC Desire 10 pro counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
Galaxy S5 captures much clearer photos and videos than HTC Desire 10 pro, although it has a smaller sensor which provides a lower image and video quality and a camera in the back with a lower resolution, they both have a F2.2 camera aperture.
