Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy F23 is better than the HTC Desire 22 Pro, getting an 84.6 score against 73.6. These phones have the same Android 12 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Even when Samsung Galaxy F23 and HTC Desire 22 Pro were released only 3 months apart, Samsung Galaxy F23 is noticeably lighter and somewhat thinner.
Galaxy F23 has a really superior processing power than HTC Desire 22 Pro, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores.
