Comparison review
Xiaomi 12 Pro is just a bit better than HTC Desire 22 Pro, having a overall score of 79.6 against 73.6. Both devices in this review include the same Android 12 OS. Although the Xiaomi 12 Pro and HTC Desire 22 Pro were released with only 6 months difference, the Xiaomi 12 Pro is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a much better looking display than HTC Desire 22 Pro, because it has a little bit larger screen, a higher screen pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px. Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with as much memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the HTC Desire 22 Pro, both of them have the same internal storage.
Xiaomi 12 Pro and HTC Desire 22 Pro feature quite similar processing units, and although the Xiaomi 12 Pro has a larger number of MHz cores, they both have 8 GB of RAM memory. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has just a bit longer battery performance than HTC Desire 22 Pro, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity.
Xiaomi 12 Pro has a much better camera than HTC Desire 22 Pro, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures and video in low-light situations and a camera with way less megapixels resolution.
