Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Ace 3 has 4.2.2 version and HTC Desire 310 has Android 4.2. Galaxy Ace 3's construction is thinner and somewhat lighter than the HTC Desire 310, even though they were released only 9 months apart.
