The Galaxy Note Edge is way better than the HTC Desire 320, having a general score of 81.7 against 54.3. The Galaxy Note Edge comes with Android 5.0 OS, and HTC Desire 320 counts with Android HTC Sense UI OS. The Galaxy Note Edge construction is somewhat heavier but somewhat thinner than HTC Desire 320, and they were only released with a few months difference.
