The Motorola Droid RAZR is just a bit better than the HTC Desire 520, getting a 64.3 score against 58.9. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Motorola Droid RAZR has an older 4.1.2 version and HTC Desire 520 has Android 5.1. Even though Motorola Droid RAZR is way older than the HTC Desire 520, it's body is just a little bit lighter and way thinner.
