HTC U11 has a global score of 77.6, which is a lot better than the HTC Desire's 60.6 overall score. HTC U11's design is notably newer and thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the HTC Desire. The HTC U11 counts with a faster processor than HTC Desire, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of faster cores.
HTC U11 has a lot better looking screen than HTC Desire, because it has a way better resolution of 1440 x 2560px, a lot greater display density and a larger screen. HTC U11 shoots greater pictures and videos than HTC Desire, because it has a camera with lot more mega pixels, a much larger camera aperture for better captures in poorly lited environments and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The HTC U11 features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC Desire, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the HTC U11 also has 56 GB more internal memory. The HTC U11 has a much better battery duration than HTC Desire, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
HTC U11 costs a bit more than HTC Desire, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
