Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is way better than the HTC Desire's score of 60.6. Even though the Galaxy Note 4 and the HTC Desire were only released with a couple months difference, Galaxy Note 4's design is thinner but also heavier than the HTC Desire. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 4 has 5.0 version while HTC Desire has Android 4.4 version, so it counts with some extra features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a quite superior processing power than HTC Desire, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also has a greater amount of RAM and a faster graphics processor running at 500 megahertz. The Galaxy Note 4 features a lot better camera than HTC Desire, because it has a larger camera aperture, a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a much more megapixels back facing camera.
The Galaxy Note 4 costs a bit more money than the HTC Desire, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
