Samsung Galaxy S6 is a lot better than HTC Desire, with a global score of 87.3 against 60.6. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 has the newer 5.0 version and HTC Desire has Android 4.4 version, so it gives some extra features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy S6 is a newer device, and it's also noticeably thinner and just a bit lighter than the HTC Desire.
Galaxy S6 counts with an incredibly better screen than HTC Desire, because it has a way higher display pixels density, a bit bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Galaxy S6 counts with a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Desire, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 120 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 has a way better hardware performance than HTC Desire, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory, a greater number of cores, a much better graphics processing unit running at 650 megahertz and a 64-bits processing unit.
