Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, the Sony Xperia Z3 construction is incredibly older, just a little bit thicker and heavier than the HTC Desire 650. The Xperia Z3 features a faster processing unit than HTC Desire 650, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Xperia Z3 also has an additional graphics co-processor and 1 GB more RAM memory.
Xperia Z3 has an incredibly better display than HTC Desire 650, because it has a little larger screen, a way better 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a better pixel density. HTC Desire 650 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z3, because although it has only 16 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Xperia Z3 shoots much better photographs and videos than HTC Desire 650, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Xperia Z3 also has a way higher (4K) video quality and a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels. The Sony Xperia Z3 counts with a way better battery life than HTC Desire 650, because it has a 45 percent more battery size.
