The Galaxy Note Edge is much better than the HTC Desire 816, with a score of 81.7 against 65.1. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note Edge has newer 5.0 version while HTC Desire 816 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives some extra features and some performance improvements. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, Galaxy Note Edge is an a bit thicker and a little bit heavier cellphone than the HTC Desire 816.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a little bit better performance than HTC Desire 816, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a faster graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Note Edge has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than HTC Desire 816, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 128 GB, the Galaxy Note Edge also has 32 GB internal memory. Galaxy Note Edge has a bit longer battery life than HTC Desire 816, because it has a 15% greater battery size.
Galaxy Note Edge shoots a lot better photos and videos than HTC Desire 816, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a way better video definition and a more megapixels back camera.
