The Galaxy S4 is just a bit better than HTC Desire 820, with a overall score of 76.1 against 69.5. The Galaxy S4 body is lighter than the HTC Desire 820, although it's just a little thicker and was released a little bit over a year before. Galaxy S4 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, while HTC Desire 820 works with Android HTC Sense UI OS.
Samsung Galaxy S4 has a brighter screen than HTC Desire 820, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of screen and a way better 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
