Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is much better than HTC Desire 826's 69.3 general score. The Galaxy Note Edge construction is just a bit lighter but a bit thicker than HTC Desire 826, and they were released only a few months apart. Both phones we compare here come with the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.
HTC Desire 826 and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge have incredibly similar processors, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a lower number of cores and a 32 bits CPU against 64-bits, and they both have a 500 MHz GPU, it also counts with more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a slightly better display than HTC Desire 826, because it has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution, a better number of pixels per inch in the screen and a little bigger display.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge shoots much clearer pictures and videos than HTC Desire 826, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also has a more MP back-facing camera. The Galaxy Note Edge counts with much more memory to install applications and games than HTC Desire 826, and although they both have an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB, the Galaxy Note Edge also has 32 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a bit better battery life than HTC Desire 826, because it has a 3000mAh battery size instead of 2600mAh.
