Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Nokia 3.1 A has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC Desire C has Android 4.0.3, giving some nice extra features and performance enhancements. Nokia 3.1 A's design is noticeably heavier but incredibly thinner than the HTC Desire C.
Nokia 3.1 A has a way better performance than HTC Desire C, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores. The Nokia 3.1 A features a more vivid display than HTC Desire C, because it has a much higher 720 x 1440 pixels resolution, a lot better screen pixel density and a really larger screen.
Nokia 3.1 A counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than HTC Desire C, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 128 GB and more internal memory capacity. The Nokia 3.1 A takes a lot better videos and photos than HTC Desire C, because it has a way more megapixels camera, a lot larger aperture for better captures and video in low-light environments and a lot better video resolution.
