The Nokia 3.1 A is a lot better than the HTC Desire C, with a 64.8 score against 50.4. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but the Nokia 3.1 A has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC Desire C has Android 4.0.3, giving some nice extra features and performance enhancements. Nokia 3.1 A's design is noticeably heavier but incredibly thinner than the HTC Desire C.
