Galaxy J7 Star is way better than the HTC Desire, getting a 73.1 score against 50.6. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy J7 Star has a newer 9.0 Pie version and HTC Desire has Android 2.2 version. Galaxy J7 Star is a much newer and extremely thinner cellphone than HTC Desire, although it is also notably heavier.
