The HTC Desire 500 has a general score of 57.1, which is slightly better than the HTC Droid Incredible's 52.2 overall score. The HTC Desire 500 is a thinner and a bit lighter phone than HTC Droid Incredible. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the HTC Desire 500 has the newer 4.1.2 version and HTC Droid Incredible has Android 2.3.4, so it provides you some nice extra features.
The HTC Desire 500 features a bit faster processing unit than HTC Droid Incredible, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. HTC Desire 500 features a little more vivid display than HTC Droid Incredible, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel count in each screen inch, and they both have the same 800 x 480 pixels resolution, the HTC Desire 500 also counts with a larger display.
The HTC Droid Incredible has just a bit more memory capacity for apps and games than HTC Desire 500, because although it has an external memory slot that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 8 GB internal storage. The HTC Desire 500 takes greater photographs and videos than HTC Droid Incredible. Both have the same (HD) video quality, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back facing camera.
