The LG K31 is a bit better than the HTC Evo 4G LTE, getting a 69 score against 64. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but LG K31 has 10 version while HTC Evo 4G LTE has Android 4.0.3 version. Although the LG K31 is a bit heavier than the HTC Evo 4G LTE, it's a bit thinner and also noticeably newer.
