The TCL SIGNA has a global score of 57.2, which is much better than HTC Explorer's 46.4 overall score. TCL SIGNA's body is noticeably newer and way thinner, but much heavier than the HTC Explorer. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but TCL SIGNA has a newer 10 version while HTC Explorer has Android 2.3.

TCL SIGNA has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC Explorer, because it has more internal memory.
TCL SIGNA counts with a much better performing processing unit than HTC Explorer, because it has 3 more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM. TCL SIGNA counts with a really longer battery life than HTC Explorer, because it has a 144% larger battery capacity. The TCL SIGNA counts with a lot better camera than HTC Explorer, because it has a back camera with lot more MP and a way better 1920x1080 video quality.
TCL SIGNA and the HTC Explorer cost exactly the same, which makes it a simple decision.
