Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but TCL SIGNA has a newer 10 version while HTC Explorer has Android 2.3.
TCL SIGNA features a more vivid display than HTC Explorer, because it has a much greater display density, a much higher resolution of 720 x 1440 and a really bigger screen. TCL SIGNA has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC Explorer, because it has more internal memory.

TCL SIGNA counts with a really longer battery life than HTC Explorer, because it has a 144% larger battery capacity.
