IPhone 6 Plus's body is a bit thinner than HTC One A9, but it is somewhat heavier and was released around 14 months before. The Apple iPhone 6 Plus counts with a little bit better processing power than HTC One A9, because although it has a lower number of slower cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics processing unit.
