Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone has an overall score of 77.1, which is a bit better than the HTC One A9's 72.1 overall score. Asus ROG Phone's construction is incredibly newer, but somewhat thicker and extremely heavier than HTC One A9. The Asus ROG Phone features a bit better display than HTC One A9, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a larger screen.
Asus ROG Phone features a better performing CPU than HTC One A9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has 5 GB more RAM. The HTC One A9 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is not nice for shooting images and videos in low light situations, they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution.
Asus ROG Phone features a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than HTC One A9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone has a superior battery performance than HTC One A9, because it has an 86% more battery capacity.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC One A9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One A9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC One A9, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
