Although the Galaxy XCover Pro is noticeably newer than the HTC One A9, it's heavier and thicker. Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features a little bit better processing power than HTC One A9, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro also has 1 GB more RAM memory.
