Comparison review
HTC One M9 has a general score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than HTC One A9's overall score of 71.3. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but HTC One M9 has an older 5.0 version while HTC One A9 has Android 6.0 version. HTC One M9's construction is noticeably thicker and just a little heavier than the HTC One A9.
HTC One M9 features a much more powerful CPU than HTC One A9, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the HTC One M9 also has a higher number of cores, a 64 bits CPU and a graphics processing unit. HTC One M9 features a little sharper display than HTC One A9. Both have a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display, a display of the same size and an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The HTC One M9 shoots much clearer photos and videos than HTC One A9, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photography and videos, it also counts with a way better (4K) video definition and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels. HTC One A9 features much more storage for games and applications than HTC One M9, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage, the HTC One A9 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
HTC One M9 features improved battery duration than HTC One A9, because it has 2840mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, HTC One M9 is also cheaper than the HTC One A9.
