The iPhone 6s Plus is better than the HTC One (M8), having an 84.2 score against 71.9. Even though the iPhone 6s Plus is heavier than the HTC One (M8), it's thinner and newer. The iPhone 6s Plus comes with iOS 9.x OS, and HTC One (M8) counts with Android 5.0 OS. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus features a bit better processing power than HTC One (M8), because although it has a lower number of cores, and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Apple iPhone 6s Plus also counts with a faster 650 MHz graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit.
