Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a global score of 83.2, which is better than HTC One (M8)'s 71.9 general score. Both devices in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has the newer 12 version and HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0, so it gives you a couple additional features. Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate's design is newer than the HTC One (M8)'s, although it is just a bit thicker and heavier.
The HTC One (M8) counts with an extremely better CPU than Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU. The HTC One (M8) features a bit more vivid display than Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, because although it has a much smaller screen and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a just a little better screen density.
Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate takes way better pictures and videos than HTC One (M8), because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a much better 7680x4320 video quality, a way bigger camera sensor which gives a way higher image and video quality and a camera in the back with a lot higher 50 mega-pixels resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a much bigger storage to install games and applications than HTC One (M8), because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate counts with a superior battery life than HTC One (M8), because it has a 131% bigger battery capacity.
