Huawei P30 is much better than HTC One (M8), getting a global score of 81.7 against 71.9. The Huawei P30 body is extremely newer and thinner than HTC One (M8)'s, although it's also a little bit heavier. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P30 has the newer 10 version and HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version.
Huawei P30 features a bit faster processor than HTC One (M8), because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster) and a greater amount of RAM. The HTC One (M8) features a more vivid screen than Huawei P30, because although it has a little bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher pixel count in each inch in the display.
Huawei P30 features a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than HTC One (M8), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Huawei P30 has a superior battery lifetime than HTC One (M8), because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
The Huawei P30 takes much better photographs and videos than HTC One (M8), because it has a back-facing camera with a much better 40 mega pixels resolution, a way higher 3840x2160 video quality, a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality and a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos.
Huawei P30 is a lot more expensive than HTC One (M8), but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
