Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite has a score of 79.5, which is much better than HTC One (M8)'s overall score of 71.9. These devices have Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Lite has a newer 10 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. The Huawei P40 Lite body is much newer and just a little thinner, but heavier than the HTC One (M8).
The HTC One (M8) features just a little better hardware performance than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. HTC One (M8) has a sharper screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a quite better pixels density.
The Huawei P40 Lite has a much better camera than HTC One (M8), because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a camera with a much higher resolution, a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light photos and a much larger back camera sensor which gives a much better image and video quality.
Huawei P40 Lite has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than HTC One (M8), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Huawei P40 Lite features a superior battery performance than HTC One (M8), because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Huawei P40 Lite is also by far the cheapest one.
