Motorola Moto G31 has a score of 77, which is just a bit better than HTC One (M8)'s global score of 71.9. These devices include Android OS, but Motorola Moto G31 has a newer 11 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version, so it gives a couple additional features. The Motorola Moto G31 body is way newer and a bit thinner than HTC One (M8)'s, but it is also somewhat heavier.

The HTC One (M8) counts with a brighter screen than Moto G31, because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel density. The Moto G31 counts with a very superior storage for games and applications than HTC One (M8), because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1 TB.

HTC One (M8) features a bit better CPU than Motorola Moto G31, because although it has 4 less cpu cores (but faster) and 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU. Moto G31 counts with a really longer battery life than HTC One (M8), because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.

The Moto G31 shoots a lot better videos and photos than HTC One (M8), because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Moto G31 also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better images in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
