The Moto Z Force has a global score of 75.8, which is a little bit better than the HTC One (M8)'s 71.9 score. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Moto Z Force has the newer 7.0 Nougat version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user a couple additional features and optimized performance. Even though the Moto Z Force is a bit heavier than the HTC One (M8), it's thinner and a lot newer.

The HTC One (M8) features a little more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z Force, although it has a just a bit worse pixels quantity per inch in the display, a bit smaller display and a way worse 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The Moto Z Force counts with a lot bigger memory for apps and games than HTC One (M8), because it has 32 GB more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB.

The HTC One (M8) features just a little better hardware performance than Moto Z Force, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One (M8) also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. Motorola Moto Z Force takes much clearer videos and photos than HTC One (M8), because it has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera, a larger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited situations and a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
