Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is better than HTC One (M8)'s overall score of 71.9. The Galaxy Note8 design is way newer and a little thinner than HTC One (M8)'s, but it is heavier. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note8 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version.

The HTC One (M8) and the Galaxy Note8 count with similar processing units, because although the Galaxy Note8 has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more CPU cores (although they are slower).
