The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than the HTC One (M8)'s global score of 71.9. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0, providing a couple nice extra features and increased performance. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's design is much newer and a little bit thinner than HTC One (M8)'s, although it is extremely heavier.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better performance than HTC One (M8), because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 10 GB more RAM and 4 more cpu cores. The HTC One (M8) features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, although it has a way lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, a much smaller display and a just a little lower display pixel density.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures much clearer photographs and videos than HTC One (M8), because it has a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a bigger aperture, a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a much bigger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a way bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One (M8), because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD memory slot that admits up to 1000 GB.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better battery lifetime than HTC One (M8), because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way more expensive than the HTC One (M8), but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
