The Samsung Galaxy S25 is better than HTC One (M8), getting a general score of 82.6 against 71.9. The Samsung Galaxy S25 construction is noticeably thinner and way lighter than HTC One (M8). Both phones we are comparing come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S25 has 14 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0, so it gives you a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
HTC One (M8) features a much powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S25, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S25, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the HTC One (M8), resigning a couple features and specifications.
