Comparison review

Xperia XA2 Plus is a bit better than the HTC One (M8), getting a general score of 78.6 against 71.9. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia XA2 Plus has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0 version. The Xperia XA2 Plus body is newer than the HTC One (M8)'s, but it's way heavier and just a little bit thicker.

The HTC One (M8) counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has 4 GB less RAM and 4 lesser CPU cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processor. HTC One (M8) features a slightly better looking screen than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because although it has a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher display density.

Sony Xperia XA2 Plus takes much clearer pictures and videos than HTC One (M8), and although they both have the same aperture, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a lot larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a camera with way more mega-pixels.

The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus features a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC One (M8), because it has 64 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 400 GB. The Xperia XA2 Plus has a way better battery life than HTC One (M8), because it has a 3580mAh battery size against 2600mAh.
