Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Rumored) is better than HTC One (M8), with an 80.1 score against 71.9. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Rumored) has the newer 15 version while HTC One (M8) has Android 5.0, giving you some nice extra features. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Rumored) is a a lot lighter and notably thinner device than HTC One (M8).
The HTC One (M8) features a much better screen than Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Rumored), although it has a much smaller screen.
