The Apple iPhone 12 mini has an overall score of 88.5, which is better than HTC One M9's 77.7 global score. Apple iPhone 12 mini's body is a lot newer, incredibly thinner and lighter than the HTC One M9. The Apple iPhone 12 mini works with iOS 14.x OS, and HTC One M9 comes with Android 5.0 OS. IPhone 12 mini features a bit better looking screen than HTC One M9, because it has a little bit higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a quite better pixels density and a bit bigger screen.
HTC One M9 features a little bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Apple iPhone 12 mini, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB. IPhone 12 mini features a little better hardware performance than HTC One M9, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), and they both have a 64 bits CPU, the iPhone 12 mini also counts with 1 GB more RAM.
HTC One M9 counts with better battery lifetime than iPhone 12 mini, because it has 2840mAh of battery capacity. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy HTC One M9, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
