Comparison review
The iPhone 7 has a general score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than the HTC One M9's 77.7 score. The iPhone 7 is a newer phone, and it is also lighter and notably thinner than the HTC One M9. The HTC One M9 features a more vivid screen than iPhone 7, because it has a little larger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a better pixel density.
IPhone 7 features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage capacity. The HTC One M9 features just a little better processing power than Apple iPhone 7, because it has an additional graphics processing unit, a greater number of cores , a larger amount of RAM and a 64-bit CPU.
The HTC One M9 features a really longer battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 7, because it has 2840mAh of battery capacity. HTC One M9 shoots clearer videos and photos than Apple iPhone 7, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the HTC One M9 also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a way more mega-pixels camera.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One M9. If you are trying to save some money, you can get HTC One M9, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
