Comparison review
The HTC One M9 is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), with a 77.7 score against 77.4. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but HTC One M9 has the older 5.0 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version. The HTC One M9 design is lighter than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), although it's thicker and was released 4 years before.
HTC One M9 features a bit faster processor than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has 3 GB less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bit processing unit. HTC One M9 has a much better looking screen than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a really smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a quite better display density.
The HTC One M9 counts with a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the HTC One M9 also counts with a much higher 20 mega pixels resolution back camera and a bigger back camera sensor taking higher quality photographs.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a superior battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
