Comparison review
The HTC One M9 is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), having a global score of 77.7 against 76.5. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC One M9 has 5.0 version and Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie version. The HTC One M9 body is somewhat lighter than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), but it's somewhat thicker and was released many years before.
The HTC One M9 features a much better screen than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixel density. Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than HTC One M9, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.
HTC One M9 has just a little better processing power than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU. HTC One M9 captures a little bit better photos and videos than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing pictures or videos in low light environments, it also counts with a more megapixels camera in the back and a much higher video resolution.
The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) counts with a superior battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 41 percent bigger battery capacity.
