Comparison review
The LG Velvet has an overall score of 87.1, which is much better than HTC One M9's 77.7 general score. The LG Velvet design is way newer and thinner than HTC One M9's, but it's somewhat heavier. The HTC One M9 has a bit better hardware performance than LG Velvet, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra graphics processing unit.
HTC One M9 features a better screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a way smaller screen and a little bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch. The LG Velvet features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than HTC One M9, because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Velvet shoots much better videos and photos than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the LG Velvet also has a larger diafragm aperture, a larger back-facing camera sensor shooting higher quality photographs and a back camera with way more mega-pixels.
The LG Velvet has a much better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
The LG Velvet is way more expensive than the HTC One M9, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
