Motorola Edge 50 Pro is better than the HTC One M9, getting an 86.3 score against 77.7. These devices have Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 50 Pro has the newer 14 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version, giving a couple additional features. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro construction is way newer and thinner than HTC One M9's, but it is also somewhat heavier.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a screen that's just as good as the HTC One M9 one, because although the Motorola Edge 50 Pro has a just a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a way larger display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px. The HTC One M9 counts with a very superior processing power than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra GPU.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a much better camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro also has a much bigger back camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and photos, a back-facing camera with a much better 50 MP resolution and a way larger diafragm aperture for better photos in low light situations.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro features much more memory to store more games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage capacity. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with a much better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
