The HTC One M9 features a little faster processing unit than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a GPU.

Moto G8 Power has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC One M9, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 512 GB and more internal storage. The HTC One M9 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a lot tinier aperture which is worse for capturing photos or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the HTC One M9 also counts with a larger sensor which gives a better photo and video quality and a higher resolution back facing camera.
